GivingTuesday 2025 is December 2nd!

Why donate to The Patch Works? Because…

IT IS TIME…

The Patch Works is Ready for a New Home!

We have narrowed down the candidates…*

…But we need YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT!

Whether owning or renting, property in Cabbagetown is neither cheap nor plentiful, and The Patch Works needs to be ready to move quickly when a decision is made.

For the past few years, Executive Director Jacob Elsas and Curator Nina Elsas have researched the options, hired an architect, brought on board a realtor, and designed a robust Business Plan that will not only set The Patch Works on a path to great success but will ensure that it will be a pioneer in community-based art and history centers.

There has never been anything like us…

We Focus on Collaboration.

The Patch Works… WORKS! With and for others!

Preservation Succeeds Only if People Know Their History

The Patch Works Art & History Center strongly believes that effective preservation must start at the local level. Communities must take action to keep their stories alive.

We Need Community-Based Museums Across Atlanta.

When enough localized museums are developed, they can tell the city’s broader story by connecting as an educational network. And The Patch Works will assist any neighborhood that wishes to make this happen.

Your generosity will assist The Patch Works in its pursuit of a new Cabbagetown-based art and history center!
